After working 9 years in the USA and 9 years in Paris, working in some of the top french restaurants, Jason came back to Peru and to the flavors of his childhood, spent in Huacho, North of Lima.

Jason will welcome you in his restaurant, in the heart of Barranco, and reveal you the culinary secrets of Peru : you'll discover extraordinary ingredients and remarkable techniques. You will prepare Jason's special pisco cocktail and amazing ceviche "huachano", and enjoy a tasting of Peru's finest treasures: the potatoes and his many cousins: ocas, ollucos, mashuas... Watch how Jason fry all of these tubercules with octopus for a delicious dish.

He will also offer you chicha de jora and carapulcra, and amaze you with the explainations about these two very typical elements of Peruvian gastronomy. Hopefully you'll still be hungry for desert because you absolutly can´t miss it !
